- Account Data: To create and maintain your account, we collect your name, email address, and password. This data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud database infrastructure.
- Geolocation Data: We utilize your device’s location services to populate the interactive map view and sort nearby restaurant deals by proximity.
- Device & User Identifiers: We generate an internal User ID and log your Device ID. This is necessary to maintain the integrity of our platform and enforce our 12-hour deal redemption limits.
- Push Notification Tokens: Upon account creation and with your permission, we securely capture your device’s push notification token to send location-aware deal alerts and relevant updates from your favorited restaurants.
- Private Profile Notes: Any text entered into the “Private Notes” section of your profile is stored securely. This information is strictly for your personal use and is never shared with third-party vendors, restaurants, or public audiences.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use the data collected to operate the Cravvy platform, facilitate deal discovery, securely authenticate your account, enforce redemption limits, and communicate administrative updates to you.
3. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING We utilize third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob, to display native inline promotional content. These networks may collect non-identifying device data, IP addresses, and advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID) to serve relevant local ads.
4. YOUR DATA RIGHTS & ACCOUNT DELETION In strict compliance with mobile platform guidelines, users maintain full control over their personal data. Within the app’s Settings tab, users may select “Delete Account & Data.” Initiating this action will permanently and irreversibly erase your user profile, saved preferences, history, and private notes from our active databases.
