1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, accessing, or using the Cravvy application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING Cravvy offers multi-tier subscription plans to unlock premium features within the app.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Management & Cancellation: You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your device’s native Account Settings (App Store or Google Play) after purchase. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
3. DEAL REDEMPTION & LIABILITY Cravvy acts solely as a discovery directory for local restaurant promotions.
- Redemption Limits: To protect our restaurant partners, a single User ID and Device ID may only trigger a redemption for a specific deal once every 12 hours.
- Inventory & Operating Liability: Cravvy is not liable for changes in restaurant inventory, operating hours, or operational capacity. Deals are valid strictly at the discretion and availability of the participating venue.
- Health, Safety & Quality Waiver: Cravvy acts strictly as a promotional directory. Cravvy assumes no liability for the quality of the food, the service provided, or any health-related issues (including foodborne illness or allergic reactions) experienced at a partner restaurant.
4. S.O.S. REPORTING & PLATFORM MISUSE Users may report unhonored deals using our internal S.O.S. reporting system. To protect our local business partners from malicious activity, Cravvy audits all rejection claims directly with restaurant management using timestamped data and physical receipt verification.
- Fraud Penalty: Fraudulent claims, including the submission of false receipts, submitting claims for meals where the app was not presented, or utilizing the platform to intentionally harm local businesses, will result in an immediate and permanent ban of the offending User ID and Device ID.
5. GOVERNING LAW These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from the use of the Cravvy application shall be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of Indiana courts.
